The meeting
PLEASE NOTE: This is a roleplay between two people, and actually this roleplay is the reason I have allowed Liliana/Kirianna to be publicly known. This is also mature writing, so if you don't want to read anything remotely like that, then turn away now. Thank you.
Thick silver tresses spilled over his shoulders and back as he shifted his weight, leaning to press against the shattered building. The day had been long, and it was beginning to wear on him. Tightly in his left hand he held his Masamune. Lifting his face to the sky, he watched as the silvery clouds slowly crossed the crimson moon, creating a shadow across the earth. Closing his eyes he pressed closer to the wall, letting the gentle wind graze over him. It carried a sickly sweet sent with it. Causing a grimace to cross his lips. The day had been long, but he felt the night would prove to be even longer.
Liliana moved through the area, seeing the landscape before her, and she slightly sighed, watching the sun set. She said in an annoyed voice, "I need to find this person...but because of that file, I don't even know of if he really looks like that." She admitted that he didn't look that bad at all, but she had made sure to not let anything stand in her way of her objective. She lifted into the sky before she then extended her wing that was on the left side. She wanted to ask Hojo of why she was only given a single wing, but she doubted that he would be able to tell her, or even be found long enough to ask him at all. She held her scythe in her hand, almost gripping it as she felt that there was something different about this place, though she could not place it.
The winds began to pick up, scattering his silvery stands of hair across his pale face. Kicking at the dirt he stared into the night sky. His shoulder still stung from the encounter he had faced this afternoon. The idiot had snuck up on him whilst bathing. Smart idea. Masamune had been out of his reach at the time, giving the assailant enough time to catch him in the shoulder with the large axe he had been wielding. Been using. The human was obviously no match for him. His bones were as fragile to him as glass, easily snapped. A partial grin tugged at him lips as he remembered the terrified screams that escaped the human's lips. Flexing his fingers he adjusted his shoulder, it was stiff and he could smell the blood. He would need to bathe again soon. Or else the smell would annoy him. Lowering his gaze he wondered where the closest stream would be.
Liliana moved herself a little further up before she then saw someone in the distance, and she wondered on if it was the one that she was supposed to be hunting. She moved closer to try to get a good look at the person, and seeing the long hair made her think that it was a female at first, and she relaxed herself of her guard slightly. As she got closer though, she smelled the blood, and let her wing disappear, free falling to the ground before split seconding, and she flipped to land on her feet. She stood up, and asked, "Do you need any help with that arm--" She paused in her words as she saw that it was a male and not a female, and more so that it looked similar to the male that she was supposed to be hunting. She wondered on what would happen, her body tensing and ready to defend should it be needed.
The shift in the air warned him of the woman's approach. He shifted Masamune, so that the blade ran sideways against the dilapidated building. There was a soft thud, and he cast a sideways glance at her. She was small in frame, something he could easily toss aside if the agitated feeling nagged him enough. Her Turquoise hair spilled over her shoulders, lightly touching the ground as she slowly stood. He resisted the urge to reach back and touch his own hair. One of his many vanities. The girls polite demeanor quickly changed when the woman took a good look at him. She was a hunter. A grin curved over his lips. Yes, she was a hunter, and he was the prey.
Liliana slightly moved her scythe to be in front of her, her stance becoming slightly different now as only one trained in the high levels of soldier could do, and she said to him, "I really have nothing against you, but I was trained for my entire life to kill you...it is a shame to see something so fine disappear to the lifestream though." She then moved fast to start off the attack.
His smirk increased as he heard her words. All her life, just to kill him? He felt a chuckle grow in the base of his throat, though he had not the time to allow it to escape before the female attacked. She was fast, but due to the small distance between them, blocking was simple. Lifting his left shoulder he swung Masamune in an upward motion, the two metals clashed with a sickening scream. With his right hand, he held the long blade against his palm, forcing the girl backwards and the blades apart. If they were to fight properly they were going to need distance due to the long range of their weapons. Shifting his stance he leveled his weight on his left knee, jumping over the girl. "One who is as feeble as you, cannot expect to defeat me" though as he spoke the words he felt the stiffness in his shoulder as he shifted Masamune, angling her at the female.
Liliana immediately moved her weapon behind her, the blade of the scythe down before feeling it be connected to the masamune, and she used both hands to lift her weapon up, at the same time, twisting herself so that she could see him, and she said to him, "Well, I might have a few tricks up my sleeve...but fighting a wounded prey is not really that honorable..." She then jumped into the air before spinning, and landing a few feet away from him.
As she landed, he shifted his blade so that she lay against his shoulder. She was quick, very light on her feet. He chuckled aloud this time. The wind picked up, scattering his hair over his shoulders, his aqua green eyes fixated on her. He was in no mood for a fight right now, she was right. He shrugged his stiff shoulder. "Amusing" he whispered to the winds. As he looked skyward once again. He felt the a single rain drop him him on the cheek. Lifting his fingers he brushed it gently, soon the rain began to fall steadily. "Yes, quite amusing"He chuckled.
Liliana moved a little, then looked to the sky as she saw the rain fall. She looked down a little, and covered herself with the brown robes that she had on her before she said, "Come...there is a place that would be good enough to hide from the rain...I've used it as a place, so at least it will keep the rain from making the wound worse." She then moved, walking towards the place.
He looked at her, watched her as she covered her shoulders with her cloak. She urged him to follow her. He hesitated for a long moment, watching her as she started to leave. He felt compelled to follow her. Maybe it was the rain, he wasn't fond of standing around getting soaked. Or maybe it was the alluring nature he saw in her eyes. Either way he chose to follow her. The soft leather of his coat clung to him, like a second skin. His hair plastered to his wet face, shrugging his shoulder again he resisted the urge to reach up and touch his wounded shoulder.
Liliana continued, and as soon as she came into the house, she removed the hood from her face, her crimson mako eyes looking over the room before she entered, and put the robe down, revealing the outfit that she had on her fully. She then moved a bit to go and get the medical kit. She said to him slightly in warning, "Don't destroy anything."
Glancing over his shoulder he saw the approaching female. Tilting his head he watched her for a moment then turned to go inside the small house. As the woman disrobed he watched her with an air of curiosity. She was something.. different. Shifting he removed his armor from his shoulders, the weight had been slightly irritating on his shoulder throughout the after noon. He was glad to have it removed. The leather cloaked him tightly, he would be glad when he would remove that too. He watched the female as she moved about, searching for something. "There is a female" he noted, as he glanced back at the doorway.
Liliana slightly turned from getting the medical kit, and moved past Sephiroth to look and see the female running towards them. "Guess we have another to bring in then." She sighed annoyingly, then turned to move once more inside, and she said to him, "Well, I doubt that I can fix it if you have your coat on." She then moved over, and sat down, preparing enough for a small wound to be cleaned and fixed.
Watching her as she moved about he grinned. She amused him. A rarity in this world. "I see" he mouthed lightly, as he unfastened his coat, shrugging out of it. The leather stuck firmly to him, so it was a struggle to get out of it. Peeling it carefully off of his shoulder he grimaced. The blood had dried to his shirt, sticking them firmly together. Pulling a small dagger from a loop on his pants, he slit the shirt open, revealing his firmly toned stomach and chest. He easily slipped out his left arm, then carefully eased out of the right, the fabric stuck to him, to the wound. Gritting his teeth he pulled, tearing open the wound. He felt the hot blood trickling down his arm.
He wasnt use to others. In fact he avoided them at most all cost. But his shoulder was in need of repair. It was something he would not be able to do properly on is own. Pulling his hair back from his shoulder he grunted softly, trying to move his shoulder.
Liliana looked up after she was done, and paused as she watched him remove the shirt, now half nude. She found herself heating up a little in her face, and wondered on what was going on, but then she smelled the blood, and knew that the wound opened again. After he revealed the wound to her, she slightly sighed before saying to him, "Well, that is one hell of a wound...but it shouldn't leave a mark once I get done with it." She then used a damp cloth, and started to clean the wound, making sure to keep herself calm as she did this, not even understanding why she was heating up like that.
He watched her as she watched him. His eyes following the movements she made as she got closer to him. Turning his head away, he looked out the open door. The rain was falling heavily now. So heavily he couldn't see past a few steps outside. He felt her touch him, and his body tensed. Kindness was not something he was use to. Especially from a hunter. He kept his blade within arms reach in the event things turned. Her fingers were cold as she worked, probably due to the rain. Looking down at his own hands he wondered if they too were cold. Many of his senses were dulled, pain, cold, hot. Clenching and unclenching his hand he turned to look back at the female. "Are you cold"? he asked.
Liliana slightly paused as he asked, and she blinked before she then said to him, "Well, it is cold outside...sorry that my hands are not that warm..." She then shook her head, and continued to tend to his wound, sealing it with a bandage, and stood before she then said, "It will take a day or two for it to heal...and that is taking into account of who you are...unless you used the cure materia, then it would be a matter of moments. I don't have that materia." She then moved to be in front of him, and slightly looked at him, curious of why he asked of if she was cold.
"I see" he said as he turned away from her looking back to his own hands. was he cold? As she spoke he listened, but he did not look at her. "No, I do not carry that Materia" he said. In truth, he was looking for it. But his thoughts would not be swayed. Curling his hand into a fist, he watched it turn white. The female shifted, and moved to settle before him. Lifting his eyes to her he reached forwards touching her face. "Am I.. cold?" he ashed.
She figured that he didn't, or else he would have used it as soon as he had gotten the wound. She slightly tensed as she felt his touch, and it was cold, and she felt her face heat up again before she said to him, "Well, you are cold, but I have some blankets to warm you up should you need it. I will deal with not having one so that your wound can heal fully." She then moved her hand to his wrist, and moved it down, pausing a moment before she then turned and moved to get the blanket that she had.
So he was cold. As her fingers touched his wrist, the area began to warm. He watched as she stood to gather the blanket. He knew he didnt need it. He did not feel the cold, but he watched as she left. "I see" he muttered as she returned his glance to his hand. He heard her shuffling around, and glanced back up. He would inform her once she returned. Lifting his feet, he began to unlace his boots, they were caked with mud and leaves. Sliding them off, he carefully placed them outside the door, where the rain could wash the mud away. Next he removed his belt. The pants were clinging to him in the most annoying way. Sliding out of the leather he tossed the pants over the arm of the chair. Leaving him in a pair of black knee length shorts. Sliding his hair over his shoulder he twisted it in his hands, as he moved to look out the door.
Liliana slightly paused as she came into the room once more, and she dropped the blanket before she became flushed, and she was unable to speak for a moment as she just looked at him. She shook her head fast, and picked up the blanket once more before saying to him, "If you are only going to be in that, then you will definitely need this blanket." She then moved closer, keeping her head down before she then pressed the blanket towards him, and said, "here..." She didn't want to look at him, her body already feeling heated up.
He listened as she entered the room. But did not turn to face her. He was entranced in the rain. He heard her approach, and felt the material of the blanket against his back. Turning to glance over his shoulder, he noticed her flushed face. "I do not need it" he said as he turned to face her, taking the blanket. Shaking it out he dropped it over her slender shoulders. "I do not feel the cold, you however..." his hands lingered on her shoulders for a moment. He took in account her size. Compared to him she was small, tiny even. Glancing back to the rain he leaned against the door frame.
Liliana looked up at him, making sure to not look at the rest of him, and she slightly shook her head before she said to him, "Thank you...I normally do not feel the cold myself, and I actually feel hot right now, so I don't need it either...it always seems to intensify when I look at you though..." She said the last part in a slight confusion, and mostly to herself before then moving to put the blanket away. She then asked, "Is it not also needed to rest, or would you want to take the room for the night?"
He chuckled softly. His hand itched to touch her again. But they remained slacked at his sides. "No I do not require rest either" he said as he watched her leave the room. She interested him. He wasnt sure why, but she did. Moving away from the door he sat in the chair watching her as she moved about. "Hunter" he said as she re-entered the room. "Why is it you have not attacked. I am vulnerable now." he said as he placed his hand against his heart. His flesh was still wet from the rain. Slowly he stood, closing the distance between them.
Liliana looked at him as he entered, and asked, and she replied to him, "The name is Liliana...if you'd care to know, really...and the reason that I have not attacked is for a few reasons...this place is too small to have a battle in, and I have a sense of honor...I won't fight an injured person, because it will feel like an empty victory." She failed to mention that he had surprised her in how he looked, and she was over near a wall sorting through papers before she then turned around, and saw him closing the distance between them, making her jump, hitting the wall.
Pressing his palm to the wall, he pressed against her. "Lilliana" he repeated he grabbed her face, tilting it to face him.
He had met several hunters through these last few years. They would strike wherever they had an opening. Not caring about where they where or who was around. So this one interested him. "Never have I seen one of your kind: Hunters. Who ever showed a human emotion such as compassion" his voice was a breathy whisper, hardly audible above the roar of the outside rain. "What is it about you that fascinates me?" he asked, looking down upon her.
Liliana looked at him, her eyes widening slightly as she blushed, and she slightly said to him, "I was taught to have a sense of honor...and hunters generally have not had such things, taking whatever they could as fast as they could...maybe my high sense of honor is what fascinates you about me?" She felt her heart beat start to become rapid, and she figured that it was because he was so close to her, and she had not had someone that close to her before. She didn't know what to do in this type of situation, but also knew that he was too far away from his weapon to suddenly strike her with it.
He felt her pulse quicken, felt her heart beating rapidly against his chest. letting his hand fall away from her face her dropped it to her wrist, raising it slowly, feeling the softness of her skin. He placed her palm against his heart. It beat steadily, but slowly. "Possibly" he whispered, placing his hand flat over hers. He could feel the rise in in her temperature. She felt warm against him. He leaned down, pressing his left hand against her cheek. "Your hot" he whispered, feeling his palm warming beneath him. "Are you Ill?"
She shook her head too quickly, and she said to him after a moment, "No...I don't have a fever or anything...and I have never been ill before in my life...the extravagant amount of Jenova cells within me made sure of that." She then looked at him, and wondered of if that was the reason that she fascinated him...that because she had a high count of Jenova cells within her, that he naturally would go near her like he would for his mother. She bit her lip, and she asked him, "Why is your heart beating so steadily? What makes you so calm in such a position as this?" She dared to look up into his eyes, and she started to stare within his eyes, watching the color of mako within his eyes.
He met her gaze evenly. "It is a rare occurrence for my heart beat to change" he said simply. Which was true, other than in anger, he had never felt his pulse rise. He knew that it was his presence that made the female's heart beat so quickly. Though he was unsure as to why, why she fascinated him, and why she became so.. he wasnt sure what word he was looking for, and it frustrated him. The word Jenova rolled around in his head. Mother. He paused for a moment. He always felt compelled to be around those.. Mother.. he thought. But it was not the same feeling he felt around this female. He felt compelled to be around her for a different reason. He felt a sense of domination. He had tasted the flesh of a woman before. But never had he had the feeling that burned in his chest as the one he felt now. A growl formed in his throat.
Liliana slightly shrugged, figuring that it would of course be like that because it was Sephiroth...he was one, through his file, that was known to practically have a dead heart to anyone other than Jenova, who he thought was his mother. When she heard him growl, she pressed back against the wall a bit, slightly wondering on what he was thinking, and she slightly asked, "Why are you growling?" She had no where to go, and only had a small amount of knowledge of close range combat.
He ignored her question, dropping his left hand to grab her right wrist, raising it above her head as well, confining both wrists beneath his large hand. His other hand gripped her throat, not tight enough to harm her, but enough to get her attention. He breathed in her sent. She was right, she had many Jenova cells running throughout her body. But beyond even that she smelled of earth. A cool and calming smell. Breathing out, his hot breath grazed over her cheek.
Liliana looked at him as he got both of her hands underneath one of his, but then she froze as he held her neck, lifting her head slightly from it, and trying to move her hands slightly because of him holding her neck. His breath came out on her cheek, and she felt herself wanting to get free from the hold, knowing now that she could have walked into his trap, and would now pay for it with her life. She closed her eyes, and concentrated a moment, knowing that if she let her wing come out, that she would possibly rip her own wing in order to weaken him, but if he started to choke her, she would risk it.
A smirk crossed his lips, and he leaned forwards brushing his lips gently against her cool cheek. Releasing her he turned, heading back towards the door, so he could look again into the rain. "I could have killed you" he whispered as he looked out into the night. It would have been simple, a quick snap. And it would have all ended. But he didnt not wish death upon the hunter. Not until she gave him reason to. Leaning against the door frame he sighed. He felt his heart beat had quickened with the expression on the females face. He glanced at her once again.
Liliana felt him let go, and she stayed where she was before she then looked down, and she sighed a moment, knowing that she had forgotten a moment of who he was. She then moved herself near the stairs before she said, "I guess we are even then...I didn't kill you, and now you have stopped from killing me...but I will not make that mistake again..." She slightly gripped the railing a moment, a soft sigh escaping her before she then ran up the stairs, and walked into her room. She wondered what has gotten into her, and knew that if she was to do the job, that she would have to stop hesitating so much.
He watched as she sprinted away. A grin parting his lips. Yes, she was quite amusing. Gathering his belongings he quickly dressed. The leather had had time to dry, and slid over his skin like satin. Carefully he slid his jacket over his wounded shoulder, clasping it in the front. Stepping into his shoes, he tightened the straps. Glancing back in the house once more, he silently stepped out into the night, the rain covering his scent as he moved.
Liliana held her knees to herself, and she slightly wondered on why it was that she was sad a little when he had done such a thing. She assumed that it was because he was who she was trained all her life to kill, but these other feelings were making her wonder now of what she would really do. She felt her forehead, and felt that it was still warm, even after he was gone, and she only shook it off. "I have never had a fever or a cold...so I doubt I will have one now." She then felt his presence as it was starting to leave, and she sighed before she ran to her balcony, then jumped off of it, landing a few feet in front of him. She then pushed her hair from her face before she said to him, "You have to let it heal, or else you are going to be a weaker prey than I want...and I won't let that be the reason for my victory." She then walked towards him, and had pressed her hands to his chest before she said to him, "Go back in there and rest. You need it so that I can formally defeat you." She slightly saw her sight become blurred, and she shook the rain from her face before she looked at him once more, her wing only slightly coming out from behind her back.
Pausing, he felt her presence before she had even left the balcony. Persistent he thought as she clearly came into his focus. She was speaking softly, the hammering rain almost drowned her out. But she pressed closer, pushing her palm to his chest. He watched her carefully, hardly hearing the words that she spoke. He was focused on her complexion. She was pale for a hunter. It reminded him of the Geostigma outbreak. He felt her health through her hand "It is not I who needs the rest" grabbing her by the wrist, he pulled her to the right, throwing her body off balance. She slipped in the mud, but he caught her. He felt her wing brush against his arm. Yes, she had many Jenova cells. Shifting her weight so that she was pressed firmly against his chest, he allowed his own wing to appear. The dark feathers shone in the brilliant moonlight. He used it to cover them, so that the rain did not soak them any further. He felt the heat radiating through her, felt it against his chest. Turning on his heel he retreated back to the house. Letting his wing fold against his back. Her face was flushed. He knew the wet clothes would not be helping, he would need her undressed and wrapped in the blanket. Sighing he looked down at her, if letting his lips lightly graze her had arisen such a reaction he wondered what forcefully stripping her would do. He wondered if it would be worth it to find out. "You will need to remove your wet clothes quickly." he paused for a moment. "Else I will do it for you."
Liliana slightly blinked, and she moved her wing back into her back quickly, a black and silver feather falling before she then felt him move her around, and take her back in. Everything seemed blurred to her, and she gripped her head a moment, wondering of what was going on. She heard his words, and she blinked, trying to clear her vision as she suddenly blushed deeply, and tried to move from him, saying to him, "I will remove them, but I don't want to be seen by you..." She then almost doubled over from how hard she was fighting and by the quickened movements that she was trying to do with getting him away from her, and she panted a little. "You...did something...didn't you?" She saw everything blurring more, and knew that if she lost consciousness, that he would probably kill her. That thought alone made her fight to stay awake.
Releasing his hold on her he watched as she swayed. She was sick, he could sense it. He continued to watch her, she was fighting to stay awake. Her eyelids fluttered restlessly. "At this time I have done nothing to you." he said lowly. Watching as she sunk to the ground. Kneeling he straddled her. Catching her wrist in his hand. It was hot, her pulse was rapid, he could feel it. If he had thought to kill her, this would have been the perfect opportunity. She was beneath him, weak and vulnerable. Yes, if he thought to kill her this would be the perfect chance. However, he had no such thoughts. It was a rarity he found someone who amused him as much at she did. At this time she was more to him alive. Sliding his hand to his dagger he pulled it from it's sheath it glistened in the light. Quickly, before she had the ability to resist him he sliced cleanly through the fabric of her top. He had said that if she didn't do it herself then he would do it for her. Pulling away the material his breath caught, and he struggled to regain himself. The sight of her beneath him, her soft flesh, her weakened state, the anger that flashed through her eyes. The dominance flashed through him again...the sense that she belonged to him. It flooded his senses. Turning away he picked up the blanket tossing it at her. "Warm yourself." he said breathlessly.
Liliana looked at him, her anger escalating and yet also disappearing from what he had done. She knew that she would have to restitch that shirt back together, not having any cash left her without the ability to gain more clothes, and she just barely managed to cover herself, and she removed the rest of her soaked clothes so that she would be able to be warmed without the blanket being soaked. She held the blanket as firm as she could around her, and she moved over near the bed, swaying at each step, but fell at the last moment, and she laid there, half on the bed, and half off. She felt the softness of the bed, and she wanted to be immersed within it, but also because she was so hot, she wanted to shed everything as well, but knowing that he was there only made her try to grip the blanket tighter to herself.
He watched as she swayed, trying to make it to the bed. He stood straight, and followed her. She was swaying heavily now, collapsing on the bed. Well halfway on the bed that is. Sighing he took a few steps forwards, sweeping her upward, before dropping her on the bed. He headed back toward the door, dragging the chair with him. His pulse has quickened. Staring out the door, he clenched and unclenched his hand.
Liliana felt herself being lifted up, and moved onto the bed fully. She slightly moved, rolling to her side, and she slowly fell asleep, her words coming out as a faint whisper, "...Thanks....Seph..." Her hold then loosened, sleep over taking her, and she turned herself to the other side. Her breathing almost shallow as she slept, her body naturally moving to curl up a little.
Her words whispered over his flesh like satin. Turning he watched her, she had curled up, her breathing was shallow and light. She had finally let sleep take her. Her hold on her blanket had loosened, slipping slightly down around her shoulders. His eyes traveled across her flesh, she was without a doubt the most attractive hunter that has tracked him thus far. Smirking he turned shrugging back out of his damp boots, he again set them out side the doorway and began to remove the rest of his drenched clothing. Returning to his chair, he leaned against the door frame, looking out into the night rain. The scene began to blur before him, his body feeling heavy. He turned back to the Hunter. Lilliana he thought carelessly, as he too drifted off to sleep.
After the night was over, Liliana woke up, her head feeling fuzzy, and she slightly opened her eyes. She was looking up at the ceiling, and sighed before she then saw things come back into focus. She groaned a little before she then moved to sit up, and as she held her head, she slightly gasped, then realized that she was not holding the blanket. She then shrieked a moment before she then covered herself with her hands, and looked around for the blanket before finding it under her. She then moved fast to get the blanket in order to wrap it around herself.
Awaking to the sound of a shriek, his hands instantly went for his blade. Snapping his attention to the direction of the sound. His eyes were still blurry from sleep. He silently cursed himself for falling asleep in the hunters house. Slowly the room cane into focus, and he found himself staring intently at the female hunter. A low growl escaped his lips as he lowered his Masamune. "How smart." he growled. Running his fingers through is hair. If he had attacked before his vision had cleared the hunter would have met her end. Groaning he lifted his hand to his wounded shoulder. It had stiffened in his sleep. Turning his back to her, he faced the clear morning. His head was fuzzy. His heart beating wildly. Groaning he leaned his blade against the door frame, turning back to face her.
Liliana managed to cover herself completely again, and she looked over at him before she asked him quickly, moving slightly to grab for a dagger, "How much did you see? What did you do while I was sleeping? Why did I wake up with the blanket not over me?" She was trying to calm herself down, but wasn't managing it because of her vulnerability currently. She watched him as he had leaned his blade against the door frame, and turned back to face her, but she only stayed in a stance on the bed, her heart racing.
A deep chuckle escaped his throat "Trust me hunter Liliana, if I had done something to you, you would have known. I'm not known for my kindness." he growled softly as he turned back to face her. "And if anything, in your weak and vulnerable state. I would have ended you life." Leaning against the door he closed his eyes. Letting his anger rivet through him, he sighed trying to calm his nerves.
Liliana slightly hesitated in moving as she heard him speak her name, and after he was done, she slightly sat down on the bed, and placed the dagger on the stand that was next to her. She said slightly, "Sorry that I said such things about you..." She then moved a little to be off the bed, and moved a little to move past him so that she could shower. "Can you let me through so that I can go and shower?" She slightly looked at him, figuring that he would be mad at what she had accused him of, regardless of her apology.
He nodded at her apology, but didnt open his eyes. He could feel his rage calming, his heart beat slowing. What was it that had startled him about her scream? Her pain should be what excited him, what he vied for. But the sound had filled him with sheer terror. A feeling he had only felt a couple of times in his entire life. As she approached, he opened his eyes partly, as he looked down at her. She was so small.. so very small. He felt the possessive need crawling over him again, his pulse racing. Nodding his head he stepped aside, letting her pass, her earthy scent enveloping him. Turning his head away, to stare at the wall he groaned lightly.
Liliana slightly looked at him as he groaned, but then she moved past him before she then moved into the shower, the blanket being left behind right outside of the shower room, and she turned on the water to make it body temperature. She slightly relaxed within the water, and after a moment she started to wash herself, thoughts starting to cloud her mind as she did, but she shook her head, and turned around to wash her long hair, that taking the most time. She started to hum as she did, it being natural to her.
As he leaned against the wall he listened to her hum, the gentleness in her voice. Closing his eyes he let his mind race, the urge to possess her flooded his senses. Drowning him in it. Crossing his arms over his chest he felt as the steam grazed his arm. The urge to possess her.. the urge. He growled deeply, his body tensing. He wasn't sure how long he could hold back that urge.
Liliana finished washing her hair, and smelled it, smiling as she smelled the cherry blossom smell that she had used, and rinsed the soap from her body and hair before she then wrapped a towel around her, drying her hair off with a blow dryer, combing through it as she did. She looked around, then silently cursed before she walked back into the room, a towel draped around her tightly, and she looked to see if her clothes had dried over the night.
He caught her scent before she had emerged from the bathroom. Obviously in search of her missing clothes. He felt the heat from her body pass his, leaving behind a misty steam. He too decided to locate his clothing, following behind her he found his coat laying over the edge of the chair he had slept in. Shrugging into it, he carefully wedged it over his wounded shoulder. He was annoyed with the wound already, he needed to get his hands on some of that materia, or at least someone with cure. He massaged the area gently as he thought it over. He was sure he could easily get his hands on it. If he could locate it.
Liliana got her clothes, then put the bottom part on before she then threw her robe over her, and grabbed some supplies, and started to sew the shirt back together, and she said to him without looking up, "You should take a shower and redress the wound so that it will heal faster...or do you prefer to have a scar on your body?" She paused a moment before she lifted her gaze, looking up to him.
He paused, slightly surprised. It was true, just the day before he had been craving a bath. He glanced back at her, letting the thought roll over in his head. "If you do not mind." he stated as he began to shrug back out of his coat. Heading back for the bathroom, he began to slowly undress, allowing the water to heat up. He felt the steam forming around his frame. Running his fingers though his tangled hair he stepped beneath the steamy water. It was hot, running over his flesh. He relished in it. He had had several cool baths, but it had been a long while before he had escaped to a hot steamy shower. Slowly he began to unwrap his wound, letting the water run over it. It was tense and a sharp gasp escaped his lips, followed by a small grunt. Shrugging his shoulder trying to relax the tension in it he used a rag to wipe away the blood. It stung, proving to only annoy him further. Oh how he needed to get his hands on that materia.
Liliana slightly nodded to him, then she continued on her work of sewing the shirt together. Once she was done, she smiled, then removed the robe to put the shirt back on. She then grabbed her towel, and moved to put it in the hamper, and realized fast that she didn't have any towels within the bathroom other than the one, and she cursed herself before she then moved to go and get a towel from another room. After she grabbed the second towel, she started to move towards the bathroom, and she slightly hesitated, not wanting to interrupt his shower.
Rinsing his hair he twisted the water out of it and threw it over his shoulder, feeling it's weight down his back. Shutting off the water he stepped back into the bathroom. Shaking the water from his body. Glancing around he searched for a towel in which to dry. Unfortunately he didnt find one. Which means he would have to ask the female. Exiting the bathroom he stopped, a chill racing down his spine as he looked down into the face of the hunter.
Liliana went to knock on the door, but then as she saw him there in front of her, she blushed deeply, and she couldn't move for the moment. She went to look down, but then shook her head fast before she then pushed the towel to him as she started to try to speak, barely managing to say, "Here's a towel for you." She blushed more, feeling his bare torso through the towel, and she quickly turned herself before she then said to him, "I am very very sorry for not putting a towel within there before you went in there, and for also seeing your body as well." She was too afraid to move, her blush unable to be stopped, but she finally managed to start moving, even though it was hard to.
Catching her wrist as she turned he pulled her back towards him, pulling her body firmly against his body, pinning the towel between them "There is no harm in seeing." he whispered breathlessly against her ear "As I have seen you." he dropped his voice to a soft pur. Running his thumb across her lips as he released her. "And thanks." he said smirking.
Liliana almost struggled, but when she was pressed against his body, she couldn't move again, her heart racing as she listened to his words, then something strange happened within her, and she wondered what in the world it was. She felt herself slightly shiver when he told her that he had seen her body as well, and she looked at him as he ran his thumb against her lips. She felt herself unable to move, and only looked within his eyes, hers slightly glowing as she then moved to keep the towel pressed against him, so that she wouldn't have another look, and possibly then do something that she didn't even know what it would be.
His hand slipped from her lips, sliding across her cheek and into her thick hair. Twisting it around his fingers tightly, keeping her from pulling away from him. Releasing her wrist his hand slid down her arm, then lifted to her face, cupping her cheek lightly, tilting her face upwards. He watched as her eyes seemed to dance, the mako infused crimson coloring drawing him in. He let his mind shut down and allowed his body to react as it pleased. This was something that should never happen, a hunter and her prey. But now.. right now. She was his prey. And he prepared to devour her. Because the next time they met he would probably be forced to kill her. Growling lightly, he closed the small distance, claiming her lips with his own. She tasted as sweet as she smelled, he relished in the taste, tightening his grip on her hair.
Liliana felt him grip her hair, and even though she tried to move, she couldn't get out of his grasp. She blushed, and tried to tell him to stop, but then she felt his lips against hers, her hair being held tighter, and she gasped slightly before she then moved a little bit before she then started to take in his scent, and even though she was still trying to fight him, she couldn't help but like his scent. She knew that there wasn't anything else to compare it to, because it was his scent, and she never smelled a male's scent before. She slightly wondered of if she kissed him back of what she would feel, and decided then to kiss him back to see of what would happen.
His hand slid down her back, tightly grasping her by the waist, pulling her as close as flesh would allow. His other hand slid up her back, slipping into the thick tresses of her hair, as if to keep her from pulling away. Her lips were sweet, he felt as if she was melting into him. He gently ran his tongue along her bottm lip, as if begging for entrance. He could feel her heat against him, warming him to his core. He relished in the feeling, craving more of it.
Liliana slightly was amazed by how he had moved so much against her, and she almost gasped from the intensity of it. She then moved her hands to be around him, and held onto him, not understanding what this feeling was, but somehow didn't want it to end very soon. She shivered a little from his hold, and though he was the prey, knowing that this was not right, she still couldn't help but be completely entranced within the touches that he gave her.
He melted into her as he gently ran his tongue along hers. Turning them so that he could press her against the wall. He knew that this would be the first and last time they would ever meet like this. After this they would return to the Hunter and the Prey, the next time they met. One of them would die. He pushed the thoughts to the darkest depths of his mind as he pinned her to the wall, quickly running his hand down her side, searching for the end of her shirt she wore. His other hand slid to the hollow of where her throat and chest met. So that he was able to hold her. Breaking the kiss his lips met with the tender flesh of her neck. Nipping the skin lightly, touching it lightly with the tip of his tongue. He groaned at the taste of her, as thought she was a forbidden fruit.
Liliana almost instinctively struggled against him before she then felt his hand near her neck once more. She almost protested and asked, but then as she felt him bite at her neck, she bit her lip, trying hard to not allow herself something so forbidden, because she knew that they'd be at each other's throats when his wound healed. She almost wanted to worsen his wound, but wouldn't because she knew that she couldn't stop the inevitable.
Dropping his hands to her waist, his lips sought hers once more. Pouring the heat he felt swelling within his body to flow into her. Slipping his hand down her spine he lifted her swiftly in his arms, keeping his lips firm against hers as he moved to the bed, gently dropping her, their lips breaking. Leaning forwards he straddled her, holding his weight above her, as he stared down into her face.
Liliana felt within her something that was rising, more than the nervousness that she had felt with him there straddling her. She wanted to try to move from the spot that she was in, a little bit of fear in her eyes, but there was something else that was in her eyes that made them glow...something sinful that was wishing out, but she only looked into his eyes, feeling trapped by them, but also having a feeling of not wanting to look away at all. She lifted a hand up to him, and touched his cheek, not understanding of how she could feel so much confusion in her life. She was hunting him, but she also did not want to hunt him anymore, either.
As her fingers lightly touched his cheek, he leaned into it, It was warm, thoughtful. Gentle. He had never touched, or been touched so gently in his life. Tilting his head, silver tresses spilled across his shoulder, and down his arm. Shifting his weight he lowered himself over her, as if to protect her from an unseen object. He felt the heat from her body, traveling through him, warming him to his core. Carefully he claimed her lips once more, his tongue gracing lightly against her bottom lips, tasting her essence. Slipping is fingers into her hair, he allowed his left hand to trail down her side, meeting the end of her shirt. Slipping his fingers beneath the fabric, he paused only long enough to pull the loose fabric over her shoulders and head. Her hair spilled in thick waves over her shoulders as he moved her, the sight was more than enough to take his breath from his lungs. Her pale skin gave off a soft glow in the dim lighting. So innocent, so free. Gently training his fingers across her stomach , he kept his focus on her crimson tinged eyes. Her body was so warm to him, he wanted to melt into her. Gently he placed a kiss on her collar bone, shuddering himself at the gentleness of the touch. Trailing his kisses downward he stopped, hovering hesitantly over her chest, his gaze darting upwards to meet hers.
